I'm Tom Lazaunikas, a pastel artist with a deep passion for capturing quiet moments through color, light, and layered dimension. I graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in Communication Arts and have over 20 years of experience in both graphic design and fine arts. While my creative journey has taken many forms, it's pastels that continue to speak to me the most.

My current work blends soft, expressive landscapes with a unique 3D layering technique, influenced by the vibrant energy of Charles Fazzino, the "Master of 3-D Pop Art." Using layers of pastel, I create subtle dimensional effects that invite viewers into the scene—whether it's lifeboat in a golden sunset or a moment suspended in light and memory.

Each piece reflects my love of storytelling through visual depth, with a focus on atmosphere, emotion, and timeless stillness. I am a member of the Perkiomen Valley Art League and the Pottstown Area Artists Guild.
